Sharif Mahmood completed his B.S. and M.S. from Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT), University of Dhaka. His Master's thesis is "Multivariate Proportional Hazards Model: an Application to the Birth Interval in Bangladesh".
Now he is a Lecturer at ISRT.
